“Thank you for our session today. I wasn’t sure what I was expecting but I certainly was not expecting that. This is something that I have been looking for about 20 years. I have been in and out of therapy due to issues with my mother. I have wanted to let go of that anger and I thought counselling was the answer, but what you did was exactly what I have been searching for – the tool to help me tune in to my emotions and inner-self. Not only I ‘saw’ but I ‘felt’. The anguish about my mother leaving me when I was 2.5 years old was complex.
